How soon will I receive my photos?

You will receive your full gallery within 24 hours, every time. I can do rush orders by the end of the day at an additional cost.

Do you handle staging or help with preparing the home?

I provide a pre-shoot prep guide and walk the space before we begin. Small adjustments - straightening, decluttering, optimizing layouts - are included at no extra cost. For full staging, I can recommend trusted local pros.

Can you create a branded website or marketing package for my listing?

Yes. I offer an optional agent-branded microsite, optimized for both mobile and MLS-friendly sharing. I also offer customized agent plans that include the entire shoot and branded site.

What areas do you service, and is there a travel fee?

I cover South Puget Sound, Thurston, Pierce, and Lewis County. Most shoots are travel-fee free. Some shoots that may take me out of the region will have a fee, which will be confirmed before booking.
